    • I learned how important are the details

As an alpinist, I learned how important are the details. Flying is another amazing activity like alpinism, to enjoy it 100% you need to learn how to stay safe. Marco is a great teacher because he doesn't only teach you the rules but why these rules exist, why they are important, and why they work. Having this global understanding of what it means to fly was the most amazing and unexpected part of this program. I'm couldn't be more grateful to Marco for having introduced me to this new world.

      Adrien Colombie
      French paraglider pilot

    • "I came to Valle de Bravo without any knowledge about paragliding, and I'm leaving (hopefully soon to return) as a completely new person. Flying changed my life.

Learning to fly with Flumen is, without doubt, the best choice you can take. I felt safe the whole time and it is amazing how Marko is able to give you instructions in the air, over the radio and while flying with you. Marko is super professional and has a passion you can't find elsewhere, not only for flying but also for teaching. He gives a good combination of theory and practice that is important to understand the air and safety. He truly loves what he does and I could not have learned it so fast without him. Huge thanks for all you have taught me. I will keep that in mind forever.

See you in the air soon :-)" Mia Nostrup

    • I highly recommend Marko and his very professional team of instructors and staff!
I attended their A1/A2 course and it was very well run. The lectures were comprehensive. The ground training was an excellent foundation for flying. And the flights were all very well organized and safely conducted.
Marko’s experience as a paragliding instructor really paid off in debriefs of our flights. I learned a great deal from his keen insights.
If you are looking for a safe and comprehensive program that is sincerely interested in you becoming a good (or better) paragliding pilot, you should talk to Marko and his fantastic team.

What kind of weather to expect

There is no like Valle de Bravo weather. Incredible 360 flyable days per year! IT IS JUST CRAZY GOOD!

We never cancel courses due to bad weather. There is NO bad weather in Valle de Bravo. When you book your course you can bet you will finish your training as scheduled. It really sucks when you travel to learn, and spend money, and then the weather messes it up.

In the dry season, November to May, we fly from early morning to the evening, and in the rainy season May to October, we fly from early morning to early afternoon.

The daily temperature throughout the year is 20-33 C. Winter nights can be cold.

      Daily schedule

During the course, we try to teach you as much as you can absorb. The day is divided into practical parts and theoretical lessons. We leave early morning, in general 8 AM, and in the dry season, we come back at 8 PM. In the rainy season, we come back at 5 PM. We make a break for lunch and rest.

      Necessary Gear or Clothes

Long sleeves for practice on the ground are good to have. Sun can be strong, so Sun's cream is a good choice.

For flying is good to have a windstopper jacket and if you have light gloves, take them. If you have your own helmet, bring it. Sunglasses are preferable to have due to wind and Sun.

If you have high shoes or boots, bring them. It is good to protect your ankles while we practice. Not obligatory.

If you have GoPro or camera, you can bring it.

You will not need a car, so don't rent. It is a waste of money.

      IMPORTANT

We will not accept any person that:

      • has medical issues that can put him at any risk
      • people that use drugs on a regular basis
      • people that are under influence of alcohol
      • does not respect other people
